Lead UI Developer
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead the effort to define a development standard for team of ActionScript developers to work as a group. (Unit testing, coding standards, source code structure, etc…)
• Identify, import, and use new Flash-based technologies and libraries.
• Increase the overall productivity and code-quality of ActionScript development team.
• Strong working knowledge of ActionScript 3, Flex 3, AIR
• Strong Object Oriented Programming skills and design patterns
• Strong knowledge of XML, HTML, JavaScript and CSS
•
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred + 5 years of related working exp.
• Hands-on experience in full software development cycle
• Experience with ActionScript3, Flash, Flex, AIR
• Professional skills: team leadership
• Strong focus on quality and attention to detail
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to mentor junior people on projects
