Sr. Flex 3 Developer and Actionscript 3
at S. Avedian in Rockland County NY- Pearl River NY
We are dealing directly wiht the manager:
Seeking a Flex developer who has solid Flex 3 experience. Althought the manger stated Flex 2 may work, they are looking for a senior person and Flex 3 experience is going to be key
Expert knowledge of Actionscript 3
Thorough understanding of Flex Component Lifecycle
Good understanding of OOP concepts
Additional Desired Skills: ( Nice to have but not a must)
RDBMs and interfaces (SQL)
Ruby on Rails
RubyAMF
Subversion
The area of development is around data center automation, sever virtiualization or storage technologies.

This is going to be at least a two month engagment...excellent chance of extension.
Rates are going to be $60 to $70 per hour. We pay every two weeks direct deposit. We can do it as a W-2 or Corp to Corp.
Interview process will be phone but they may want to see you face to face. The position is in Pearl River NY no remote work no exceptions.
Assume you will be working in Pearl River NY 5 days a week.
They will make the decision the same day you interview. They are looking to have someone start asap.
