We are currently looking for a Sr. flex architect with strong experience in application framework development, MVC design patterns, Adobe Air, Flex 3, and Actionscript 3.0.
Job Description:
You will be developing an Adobe Air application from the ground up utilizing Flex and Actionscript 3.0. Responsibilities will include storyboarding, requirement gathering, remoting via AMF, data storage (SQL), application workflow and basic UI definition. You will be a team leader, managing additional Flex and Flash designers.
This is a project with a short timeframe to completion. This job will require a start-up mindset. You must be dedicated, willing to work long hours, and most of all, innovative.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in Design and Architecture
Very strong experience in implementing Design Patterns (MVC, Cairngorm etc)
Very strong understanding of Adobe Air framework
Very strong experience in remoting with AMF.
Experience with Actionscript 3.0
Experience interfacing Flex with other Server side applications
Experience with Adobe Air / SQLite implementation
Provide strong team and project leadership skills
Storyboarding , Requirements gathering, definition of UI & application workflow
Desirable:
Experience with PHP
Experience with Java
Experience with LiveCycle Data Services or BlazeDS
Experience with XIFF API
Experience with SVN Version Control & Trac
This is a in-house position located in Los Angles, CA.
