at Sensidea (Anywhere)
Type: Contract to begin with then Full-time
Experience: You know Flex 2 or 3, Actionscript (2 and 3), and it would be great if you knew Coldfusion
Location: Remote (while on contract), London, Ontario Canada (Full-time)

We’re looking for a Flex Guru to join us – work with some big name clients and be involved in developing our game changing, never seen anything like this before widget platform!
Who We’re Looking For…
• Have the Flex and Rich Internet Application skills
• Love the Web and embrace constant change and innovation
• User Experience is near and dear to you
• Agile development and good code is important to you
• Can show us work you’ve done (even if you did it at home), or if it’s enterprise development and you can’t show us then explain the work
• Education: Computer Science/Engineering Degree, IT-related Diploma, OR convince us you’re a Flex Guru
Required Skills (demonstrating your skills is more important than years of experience):
• Flex, Flash (Actionscript), and ColdFusion skills
• You know what a widget is
• Comfortable integrating with APIs and web services
• Truly believe that development is meant to be iterative and adaptive
• Know how to mesh Flash with other elements (JavaScript, XML)
• Able to take mock-ups and convert them to great widgets
• Know XHTML/XML/HTML, CSS, XSL and Web Standards
• Love Adobe AIR (even if you’ve never used it)
• You’ve got one foot in the world of design and the other in programming
