2 x Flex/Java Developers

2 x talented developers required to develop an exciting web based electronic trading application.
Skills required:
- Very good Flex 3 and Actionscript 3
- Very good Java/Java EE
- Very good SQL
- Experience in developing real time web applications in Flex (using BlazeDS and Live Cycle Data Services)
- Experience in developing web applications that can handle many online concurrent users (100’s, possibly 1000’s)
Preferred Skills:
- AIR
Candidates should be enthusiastic, disciplined, have good attention to detail and able to tackle problems head-on.
This is initially a 4 month contract with the high probability of going permanent on successful delivery of the project (We are a small start-up so successful delivery of the project could lead to an equity share as well).
Starting ASAP, fee negotiable, preferably London based but will consider remote workers.
