full time Needed Flash Expert to develop a Web Video Recorder that can Record Directly off of a Webcam

We are looking for an expert flash video developer who can create a web video recorder that will be able to record a 90 second video directly off the webcam and save the recorded file on the users web-page which can then be replayed by other users. This is very similar to the FaceBook's video record message.
