Flex Developer position in San Diego,CA-Immediate Need!

We currently have a position available for a Lead Flex Developer. All those who have excellent development and leadership skills please apply. Do no apply unless you feel as though you are a guru in Adobe Flex technologies.
• 2+ years of software development experience required
• 1+ years of Flex 2.0 experience preferred but will accept college level training in lieu of experience
• Knowledge of Flex 3.0 desired but not required
• Knowledgeable with tuning and improving performance within a Flex 2.0 application
• Experience in developing applications for use with multiple browser
• Front end user interface design and back-end control logic development required
• Strong grasp of interacting with other systems for data gathering from various data sources, including dealing with XML
• Proficient in requirements gathering and systems analysis: functional detailed design documentation authoring, engineering design documentation authoring, and test plan authoring
• Ability to succeed/thrive in a goal-oriented environment
