Kid's Virtual World opportunity in Atlanta!

We are looking for Flash and Flex developers in Atlanta that can join a fun and exciting team creating a really cool kid's virtual world project (like WebKins/Club Penguin). We are in Atlanta and prefer someone local or on-site but might be able to support remote development with on-site for kick off meetings, etc.
You will have the opportunity to use the same technologies used in WebKins, Club Penguin, and other popular sites. We will also be developing fun and exciting games.
We are looking for:
• Experienced AS 3.0 Developer
• Flex and/or Flash
• Component development
• Experience with XML
• Object-Oriented programming, analysis and design
• Unit Testing (FlexUnit)
• Integration with back end data services
• Team-focused software development methodology
• Able to self-manage tasks, time and bugs
Nice to have experience but not required:
• Cairngorm, PureMVC, Mate, or other framework knowledge
• Chat / multiplayer game platforms (ElectroServer, SmartFox)
• Game development (single and multi player)
• Source control (e.g. SVN) software
• Java
